What is matchmaking? 

Matchmaking is the process in which a professional matchmaker will introduce you to potential matches that will ideally turn into serious relationships. Krystal meets with each of her clients for an extensive profiling session, allowing her to get to know each individual and their requirements. She prides herself on meeting the high expectations that her clients deserve. Krystal's services include confidential quality matches, relationship coaching, image consulting, post-date feedback and a professional photoshoot. To ensure Krystal is providing you with the very best quality matchmaking service in North America, she approaches her Matchmaking service using her own personalized method.

What is the difference between matchmaking and online dating? What is better for finding love? 

Both are great resources for finding love. Online dating can be tedious and require a lot of effort on your part and the risk of fraud is much higher. Working with a professional matchmaker will allow you to simply create a profile, meet with Krystal, and go on dates tailored to your preferences. Krystal’s process is equivalent to making a dating app profile except this time you are not limited to only 140 characters to explain what you have to offer and what you want. She offers customizable search parameters to best suit each client’s individual preferences to assure she is delivering the utmost quality in her matchmaking service and elevating her clients’ dating experience on their quest to find love.

How will you pick the right match for me?

A match will be selected based on the match preferences you provide and who our experts feel would be a good match for you.

How many matches will I get? 

You will receive as many matches as we can provide during your membership until you find love.

What if I do not like the person you match me with? 

While we do our best efforts to only send you matches that fit your preferences, there may be times that a match is not a good fit for you. Please contact our team to discuss the next steps in case we need to make adjustments to your match preferences. 

How long does it take to go on your first date? 

Once your profile is set up and our team has discussed your preferences with you, your first match will be sent right away.

How many clients do you have? 

We are continuously adding new clients and have members across North America. 

What is the average age of your clients? 

Our clients range from 30 to 80 years old.

What if I meet someone outside your services? 

Please contact us and we will update your profile. You can choose to place your membership on hold at any time.

What information about me is given to potential matches? 

We will provide your first name, a picture, your phone number, and a few details about your interests and hobbies. 

Why do I need pictures? 

Pictures are required on your membership profile for potential matches. Our professional photographers will assist you with new, updated headshots.  

How long is my membership? 

Your membership term is 2 years from the date of signing your contract and payment received.  

Can I pause the membership and comeback? 

Yes, please contact us to place your membership on hold.  

Can I cancel my membership? Get a refund? 

No, unfortunately, we do not provide refunds; however, you can place your membership on hold at any time or cancel with no refund.

Do you offer pre-approved matches? 

Yes, this option is available in our VIP-level memberships. 

Do you screen all clients before they are added to your database? 

Yes, our team meets with all potential clients face to face, interviewing each new member to ensure they will be a great fit for our clients.   

Does your team provide me date feedback from my matches? 

Yes, we provide match feedback throughout your membership. 

How do you protect my privacy? 

We follow a strict Privacy Policy and do not share your personal information outside of KWM. Your matches will only receive generic details about you before you meet in person.  

Can I date in different cities? 

Yes, our team will ask you what your preference is on location. You are able to select multiple cities for matching.

How much does your matchmaking services cost? 

There are different levels of services. Please contact us to see what service level would best suit your needs fees start around $3000.00

Are there any additional costs once I sign up? 

We do require a consultation fee which is subtracted from your membership fee upon signup.

After becoming a member and paying your fee there will be no further fees unless you choose to upgrade your level of service.

How do I sign up?

If I am in the database, am I a full member?

No. A database membership is primarily for those who only want their profile to be hosted on our extensive database. Our database will be searched when looking for compatible profiles for VIP and Executive members. If we find you might be a match for a VIP or Executive client, we will reach out to you. Database members can have an unlimited amount of matches with approved members. The database membership does not include professional photos or profile review and consulting calls.

What if I do not get a mutual match?

Sometimes it takes time. We do not know who will be interested in who, nor do we have any input for if and when a date will take place. However, all memberships offer unlimited matches, and we will continuously search for compatible matches based on feedback, preferences, and availability.

I found a match I want to go on a date with. Now what?

Call them to schedule a date. Remember to limit texting before the first date.

Who's responsibility is it to get in touch?

We ask that you follow up and check-in. We will reach out when we have a match or to send a profile to you. If you have anything you'd like to discuss outside of this general correspondence, please call or email. Regular business hours are 9-5 Monday through Friday, and we aim to respond to all messages/calls within 2 business days.
