Not a lot is happening in February of 2021, thanks to the pandemic. One thing that is taking place this month, however, is the Dine Out Vancouver Festival. Some participating restaurants might not offer specials on February 14th itself, but others will. Hundreds, though, have discounted 3-course dinner specials running between February 5th and March 7th.

Vancouver Hot Chocolate Festival – the annual hot chocolate festival ends on Valentine’s Day, so February 14th is the last chance to indulge in some special creations at cafes and coffee shops around town. It’s a tiny festival with not much more than just a few extra fancy menu options at participating venues scattered around town.
